In his first four years in office, Senator Bryan Simonaire has consistently voted to help encourage a competitive business environment for our small businesses that drive our state's economy.

The Maryland Business for Responsive Government (MBRG) recently awarded Senator Simonaire the Shaw Award for his outstanding leadership over the last four years in the business arena.

In fact over the four year period, Senator Simonaire was the highest rated legislator in Anne Arundel County and tied for 7th highest out of the entire General Assembly's 188 legislators.

Celebrating their 25th year, their website states,"MBRG is a statewide, nonpartisan, political research and education organization that works to improve Maryland's business climate. We inform and educate Maryland's business and political communities and public at large on matters relating to economic development and job growth.  MBRG holds politicians accountable for Maryland's economic health."
